Qualifications

• 2+ yrs. experience in driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment.
• Patience for day-to-day challenges and ability to troubleshoot on the spot.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Punctual and able to work open/close shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Function as manager on duty, driving sales and store productivity while building customer relationships.
• Cultivate personalized coffee experiences and share knowledge on our coffee and sustainability practices.
• Inspire and lead a team through coaching and training to drive sales/service performance.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, merchandising, inventory/stock, and cash processes, with safety in mind.
