Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is hiring a Stock Associate to join our dynamic team. You will drive stock handling from inbound to outbound, support inventory, and ensure the boutique presents products to customers flawlessly.

You’ll help replenish merchandise, assist customers on the floor, and participate in safety and loss prevention efforts. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs. and flexible shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail stock handling and replenishment.
• Ability to support back-of-house and sales floor operations.
• Comfort with physical tasks and daily inventory activities.

Responsibilities

• Back of House Functions: you will process inbound/outbound stock, assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising and product transfers.
• Stockroom Organization: maintain organized stock for easy location by the sales team.
• Customer Experience: replenish merchandise and assist the sales floor as needed.
• Operations and Safety: maintain a safe boutique environment, cleanliness, and loss prevention.
