Nestlé Nespresso USA in Nashville’s Green Hills Mall is seeking a Retail Stock Associate to keep the boutique running smoothly by maintaining an organized stockroom, managing inventory, receiving shipments, and supporting the sales team with product availability.

This full-time retail role combines stock duties with customer-facing service, emphasizing accuracy, pace, and loss-prevention practices to ensure customers can always find their favorite coffees and accessories.

• Operations and Safety: maintain a safe boutique environment and assist with loss prevention.

Our new Nespresso boutique in Nashville's Green Hills Mall is seeking a Retail Stock Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role requiring full-time availability.

This is a retail stock position, requiring a mix of retail and stock experience (non-warehouse.) In this essential role, you'll keep our boutique running smoothly by maintaining an organized stockroom, managing inventory, receiving shipments, and supporting the sales team with product availability. Your attention to detail will help ensure customers can always find their favorite coffees and accessories while contributing to a seamless and elevated boutique experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Back of House Functions: You will process all inbound and outbound stock shipments, assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising and product transfers.
• Stockroom Organization: Maintain organization to ensure products are easily located for the sales team.
• Customer Experience: You will replenish merchandise within the boutique and assist the sales floor as needed.
• Operations and Safety: You will take part in maintaining a safe boutique environment, ensuring cleanliness, and demonstrating loss prevention efforts.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• You are punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• You have patience for day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment and are resourceful in troubleshooting on the spot.
• You can meet the role's physical requirements including lifting boxes up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods of time, and climbing ladders.

Pay:$21.00 per hour
