Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is hiring a Stock Associate to drive back-of-house operations and ensure customers find our coffee and products in the retail boutique. You will support inventory, merchandising, and store readiness while contributing to a positive customer experience on the sales floor.

You will perform stock processing, maintain stockroom organization, and participate in safety and loss-prevention efforts in a fast-paced boutique setting. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Punctual and available to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Patience for day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot on the spot.

Responsibilities

• Back of House Functions: process inbound/outbound stock, assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising and product transfers.
• Stockroom Organization: maintain organization for easy location of products for sales team.
• Customer Experience: replenish merchandise and assist sales floor as needed.
• Operations and Safety: maintain a safe boutique, ensure cleanliness, and participate in loss prevention.
