Qualifications

• Premium retail, hospitality, cultural, or service‑oriented environments experience preferred.
• Arts organization or high‑volume setting with elevated guest service standards desired.
• Proven ability to drive sales through product recommendations, relationship building, and conversions.
• Understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, RFID systems.
• Proficiency with POS systems; Shopify or Square a plus.
• Cash handling experience and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests with product knowledge, tie merchandise to exhibitions and narratives.
• Operate POS with accuracy and discretion for smooth transactions.

• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals while preserving a premium environment.
• Assist opening/closing procedures and maintain a polished retail space.
