Job summary

Solstice is seeking a Server to provide prompt, courteous service in the restaurant, bar and patio. The role reports to the Food & Beverage Manager and requires welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, 1–3 months of server experience, and hold a Food Handlers Card and TIPS certification. Flexible evenings and weekends are required, with opportunities for full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One to three months’ server experience preferred.
• Must meet state and federal minimum age for serving alcohol.
• Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in an energetic and friendly fashion.
• Provide hospitality with knowledge of the resort facility and dining area and answer guest questions.
• Write orders; relay to kitchen and bar.
• Serve and clear tables following etiquette and procedures.
• Engage with guests to ensure all needs are met and service is excellent.
• Work as a team under supervision of Lead Server or Food & Beverage Manager.
• Report safety issues or guest concerns to a supervisor.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and provide correct change.
