Job summary

Saxonis Hospitality Group Inc. is seeking a restaurant server to provide attentive guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will describe specials, assist guests with menu choices, and ensure accurate orders while delivering meals promptly.

The role requires weekend availability, solid customer service skills, and experience with Toast POS. ServSafe certification is preferred, and a high school diploma or GED is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Weekend availability required.
• 2+ years’ Server experience preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience with a restaurant POS software platform.
• ServSafe Certified (Food Handler & Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepares restaurant tables with sanitation and order.
• Assists with setting and rearranging tables for larger parties.
• Describes specials and answers questions about menu items, offering suggestions.
• Delivers food to guests promptly after preparation.
• Ensures accurate order confirmation with chefs and bartenders when clarification is needed.
