Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously.
• Explain menus and daily specials; answer questions about items and ingredients.
• Take orders using the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining quality and presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and reset tables as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Upsell additional menu items to enhance experience and sales.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations; train new staff as needed.
