Job summary

LVMH's boutique in Boston seeks an Operations Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager and corporate teams to run day-to-day store operations, including stock management, facilities, security, training, POS, and communications. The role reports to the Store Manager.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of management experience with at least two direct reports, a professional demeanor, fashion knowledge, and a willingness to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience with at least two direct reports.
• Strong communication and professional presentation.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with Store Manager and corporate partners.
• Manage Retail Support and recruit/develop operations team.
• Ensure health, safety, and security procedures are followed.
• Support client care and ensure excellent boutique client experience.
• Coordinate facilities maintenance and stock/inventory control.
