Job summary

Christian Dior Couture, part of LVMH, is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the San Diego Fashion Valley boutique. The role involves managing non-selling functions, overseeing shipping/receiving, inventory control, POS tasks, and security, while coaching the team to uphold policies and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities include audits, cycle counts, payroll assistance, scheduling, and creating operational reports to support store performance.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of retail stock experience with operations focus.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving, inventory accuracy, and ticketing.
• Supervise associates and ensure policy compliance and safety procedures.
• Assist with payroll and scheduling of associates and ensure payroll budgets.
• Produce and maintain operational reports and records to comply with policies.
• Ensure back-of-house readiness and secure store operations.
