ROLE OVERVIEW
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing and maintaining the organizational standards in the boutique. They also provide support for the company's overall business plan, shortage reduction programs, risk management and controllable losses. To be successful, the Operations Supervisor must consistently demonstrate operational excellence and the following core competencies.

The compensation for this position ranges from $27- $32 hourly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
