Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking a Team Lead in Orlando to drive sales and lead a high-performing store team. You will partner with the Boutique Manager and ASM to elevate every touchpoint of the customer journey, coach staff, and showcase our premium coffee experience.

Will coach staff to deliver warm, knowledgeable customer interactions, manage store standards, and execute in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for hospitality and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 2+ yrs. experience in driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment.
• Strong communication and guest service skills preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Function as manager on duty, driving store productivity and customer relationships.
• Lead operational tasks including merchandising, inventory, cash handling, and safety compliance.
• Coach and develop team to deliver personalized coffee experiences and sustainable practices.
