Qualifications

• 2+ years experience driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment.
• Excellent communication, time management and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work open/close shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by acting as manager on duty, maximizing store productivity and customer relationships.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver exceptional hospitality and product knowledge.
