Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels, a Richemont brand, seeks an Operations administrator in New York. The role supports shipping, receiving, transfers, and repairs, ensuring 100% tagging accuracy while aligning with brand security and procedures.

You will report to the Operations Manager and assist with boutique maintenance, supply ordering, and facilitating the sales process. Evening/weekend work and up to 10% travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of related experience in administration, operations, or customer service is required.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, and travel up to 10% of the time is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute administrative and logistic tasks, ensuring compliance with brand security and operational procedures.
• Handle shipping, receiving, transfers, and all outgoing and incoming repairs with 100% tagging accuracy.
• Support all aspects of operations including boutique maintenance, supply ordering, and facilitating the sales process.
