Job summary

Cartier North America seeks an Operations Coordinator for the Bellagio boutique in Las Vegas. You will manage day-to-day processes, ensuring compliance, accurate inventory, and seamless transactional support to deliver exceptional client experiences.

In a dynamic team setting, you will coordinate opening/closing, shipments, stock movements, and adherence to Lean/5S practices to optimize storage and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to uphold compliance and policies within a high-end retail boutique.
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily transactional activities and inventory checks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure boutique policies and procedures are understood and followed by the team.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures.
• Control product movement, shipments, transfers, and stock within the boutique.
• Maintain high value asset handling and proper packing/shipping/receiving.
• Monitor daily sales and ensure paperwork is routed to corporate teams.
• Support ecommerce and other transactional flows for smooth operations.
• Coordinate inventory counts and annual stock reconciliation.
• Assist with maintenance, vendors, and equipment; uphold Cartier standards.
