Job summary

The Westside Clinic in Venice, California is seeking a personable Front of House star to welcome patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist providers. You’ll support administrative tasks, marketing efforts, and retail promotions while maintaining a warm, professional environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in med spa front desk roles, exceptional communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of Med Spa or related (eg, salon) Front Office Management experience.
• Experience with multitasking and working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong ability to articulately and professionally communicate via email.

Responsibilities

• Create and Maintain a Welcoming Environment for Patients: front desk is the face and voice of the practice; superb communication and conflict avoidance are essential.
• Manage daily opening/closing and ongoing duties to keep the clinic space clean, curated, and welcoming.
• Keep a professional appearance and adhere to the uniform (black FIG scrubs).
• Provide administrative support, medical staff assistance, and coordination with providers as needed.
• Support clinic marketing efforts, social media content, and patient referral tracking.
