Job summary

Longchamp USA is seeking a Sales Associate for our New York boutique. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining visual standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will handle transactions at the POS, manage client books, assist with stock replenishment and merchandising, and ensure the store adheres to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED, plus degree in Retail/Fashion or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in high-end retail, boutique or sales-related roles.
• Ability to manage inventory, sales experience, and merchandising.
• Proficient with Cegid for sales, returns, CRM, reports, and opening/closing registers.
• Proficient with UPS system; able to process shipments and tracking.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maximize sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Maintain product knowledge and merchandise care; stay updated on items and guidelines.
• Process sales transactions accurately at POS and handle returns/exchanges.
• Build and maintain client books; manage stock and floor displays.
• Assist in floor moves, replenishment, and merchandising; ensure store cleanliness.
