Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and relevant field study or equivalent experience.
• Three plus years in high‑end retail, boutique or sales roles.
• Familiar with merchandise, inventory control and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maximize sales while advising clients on product knowledge.
• Maintain client books, process transactions, and manage returns/exchanges.
• Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and store displays.
• Greet and assist customers, handle phone orders, and maintain POS accuracy.
• Follow loss prevention policies and maintain neat, organized sales floor.
• Support in floor moves, shipments, and floor coverage as needed.
