Job summary

Longchamp USA is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, generate sales, and manage merchandising per store standards. You will handle POS transactions, process shipments, and maintain client books while upholding company policies across a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high-end retail background, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Cegid and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; degree in Retail, Fashion or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Three plus years in high-end retail, boutique or sales experience.
• Understand inventory, customer sales experience and merchandising.
• Proficient with Cegid transactions (sales, returns, CRM, reports).
• Proficient with the UPS System.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Generates and maximizes sales by convincing clients to purchase Longchamp products.
• Maintains knowledge of merchandise and care information; stays updated on new items and policies.
• Handles POS transactions, returns, exchanges, and maintains cash/record accuracy.
• Develops and maintains client books and sales records.
• Assists with merchandising, floor moves, and replenishment of merchandise.
• Provides high-standard customer service, greet and advise customers.
