• Experience with inventory, CRM and store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales per company standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist with merchandising, floor sets and displays.
• Process sales transactions accurately at POS and manage returns/exchanges.
• Build client books, greet customers, and handle in-store communications.
• Support mailings, phone orders, stock replenishment and floor maintenance.
