Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with personalized service and build relationships through clienteling, outreach, and follow-up.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs while maintaining expert knowledge of collections and brand heritage.
• Process transactions, orders, omnichannel services, repairs, and after-sales requests accurately.
• Support inventory activities, visual merchandising, store organization, and daily operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues, uphold company policies, and protect confidential information.
