You will join a joint management team overseeing about 40 full-time staff across both properties, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, guest safety, and service.

Reporting with the Executive Housekeeper, you will enforce sanitation standards, manage schedules, train staff, and uphold excellent guest experiences in a high-volume

Qualifications

• 3+ years of housekeeping or rooms supervisory experience in a hotel.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with diverse populations.
• Verbal and written communication to effectively communicate with diverse populations.
• Ability to manage a large volume of tasks, meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of housekeeping policies and sanitation standards.
• Proficiency with standard business software and hotel/property management systems.
• Ability to supervise staff and motivate a team.
• Willingness to learn and apply safety and sanitation rules.
