Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and room assignments to ensure coverage.
• Monitor performance and enforce policy compliance; alert management of issues.
• Ensure staff are trained and equipped to perform duties.
• Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public areas for cleanliness and repair; guide corrective actions.
• Inspect storage rooms and attendant carts for neatness and supplies.
• Respond to guest complaints and special requests to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Promote teamwork and quality service across departments.
• May perform housekeeping duties as needed.
