Hotel Lulu is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet brand standards. You will train staff, manage key control, and respond to guest requests to maintain high guest satisfaction.

The role requires supervising activities, inspecting rooms, and coordinating with teams to maintain cleanliness and service quality in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Excellent leadership capability and customer relations skills.
• Detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Must possess basic computer skills and familiarity with common hotel software.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, ensuring accountability for performance.
• Inspect daily room cleaning, public areas, and back-of-house areas to brand standards.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to staff for efficiency.
• Maintain key control, log lost and found items, and respond to guest requests.
• Ensure health and sanitation standards are met and assist with VIP rooms readiness.
