You will read reservations, maintain the dining room setup and log daily notes to coordinate with the team, while delivering friendly service in a busy, guest-focused restaurant.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to handle busy periods, and collaboration with servers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Ability to comprehend guest requests, memos, reservations and promotional materials.
• Ability to remember and recite menu items and specials.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to move through crowded spaces and seat guests smoothly.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive, offer seating choices and escort to their table.
• Read, maintain, and log notes to coordinate communication between shifts and management.
• Maintain proper setup of dining room and ensure readiness for service.
• Receive reservations and coordinate arrangements for functions and events.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regular shifts.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
