Job summary

• Greet guests, build relationships and advocate for the hotel.
• Review arrivals, manage room blocks, and pre-assign VIPs.
• Answer calls promptly with accurate information.
• Complete shift checklists and balance daily transactions.
• Monitor room availability and cooperate with departments.
