Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Previous front desk or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local area and attractions is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Review arrivals noting special requests, blocking rooms as needed.
• Check in and out hotel guests in a confident, professional and friendly manner.
• Answer all phone calls promptly and knowledgeably, providing complete and accurate information.
• Complete all items on shift checklists (AM/PM/Overnight).
• Pre-assign VIPs, repeat guests, packages, and special requests.
• Follow established key control policy.
• Ensure proper credit policies are followed.
• Submit lost & found reports with details.
• Open, secure, and balance daily shift cash and transactions.
• Monitor room availability and yield status.
• Attend department meetings monthly.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, Bell Staff, and Valet.
