Job summary

Sincere Hospitality in East Austin is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for our boutique hotel. You will oversee day-to-day guest services while supervising front desk staff and helping uphold our service standards.

Responsibilities include managing reservations, check-in/check-out, offering local dining and activity recommendations, and training new staff. This hands-on role requires accuracy, reliability, and a welcoming, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience or office management experience.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience.
• Customer service background with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and guest check-in/check-out processes.
• Provide local dining and activity recommendations to guests.
• Train and supervise front desk staff; ensure consistency across shifts.
• Resolve guest issues with good judgment and experience.
• Stock supplies, manage inventories, and maintain room cleanliness.
• Assist with folding laundry and general property tidiness.
