Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage operations.
• Proven track record of driving profitable operation and leading F&B teams.
• Experience curating and executing creative events in various settings with attention to detail.
• Strong aptitude in financial management, reports and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of front‑of‑house and culinary professionals.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue and enhance the culinary program.

• Be curious about latest F&B styling and monitor local market competitors.
