• Ensure guest service is consistently excellent in restaurant and bar areas.
• Coordinate with the Chef on daily specials and updates.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, wines, and food items.
• Monitor staff adherence to schedules and grooming standards.
• Lead training programs and staff line-ups.
• Communicate with the Director of Food and Beverage.
