Coury Hospitality is seeking a kitchen professional to prepare diverse dishes across breakfast, lunch, or dinner stations. You will set up and break down stations, follow standardized recipes, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met while delivering guest-focused service.

Responsibilities include cooking a wide range of items, operating kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness, supervising staff as needed, and managing waste and food cost to support profitability.

Qualificações

• Ability to read, write and perform mathematical calculations.
• Ability to follow recipes and production records.
• Strong knife and equipment handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsabilidades

• Sets up, clears and breaks down work station.
• Follows menus and standardized recipes to prepare food.
• Prepares a variety of menu items including roasting, broiling, baking, frying, steaming and stewing meat, fish and poultry.
• Operates a range of kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Cleans and sanitizes kitchen areas, tools and floors.
• Identifies hazards and reports maintenance issues to the Manager.
• Supervises Kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction and teamwork.
• Controls waste and maintains food cost.
• Maintains sanitation, storage, temperature, and rotation procedures.
