Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices for timely payments.
• Ensure deposits balance and money is accounted for (credit card, EFT, checks).
• Count cash at start and end of shift; maintain departmental banks.
• Reconcile petty cash and approve payments.
• Handle payroll tasks including daily reports and biweekly transmittals under supervision.
• Review and compile monthly tax-exempt guest information for Controller.
