Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong computer and MS Office skills; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.
• Available to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and lift or move items up to approximately 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with appointment preparation, product presentation, client entertainment, sales support, and gift wrapping.
• Manage boutique traffic, appointment bookings, phone inquiries, and client service requests.
• Maintain hospitality supplies, service areas, visual standards, and non-sellable stock organization.
• Support boutique opening and closing, operational procedures, and special projects.
