Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house boutique activities during peak season. You will help create a welcoming client experience and assist the sales team with merchandising, stockroom prep, and customer service.

In this in-person role in Wilmette, IL, you will greet clients, assist with wrapping, manage inventory tasks, answer phones, and help maintain store standards while handling light lifting up

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, answer questions, and assist with wrapping and packaging.
• Support the selling process by retrieving, hanging, and returning merchandise and preparing the stockroom.
• Keep workstations and the selling floor organized, stocked, and aligned with merchandise standards.
• Assist client service, concierge, greeter, and after-sales activities, including logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.
