Key West Historic Inns Collection seeks an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office across Winslow’s Bungalows, Lighthouse Hotel, Ridley House, Ella’s Cottages, and Fitch Lodge. This hands-on leadership role focuses on guest service, daily operations, and team development in our boutique portfolio.

You’ll manage reservations, nights audits, payroll, and revenue strategies, coaching staff to deliver personalized hospitality.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2–5 years in Front Office or hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field; or equivalent.
• Experience with StayNTouch, Opera, or similar PMS.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage labor, scheduling, payroll, and budgets.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs.
• English reading, writing and speaking required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Front Office operations across multiple properties, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop Front Office staff.
• Manage arrivals, departures, reservations, and special requests.
• Handle guest concerns with empathy and solutions focus.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations and other departments.
• Monitor labor costs and departmental expenses; optimize scheduling.
• Track guest feedback and service scores; identify improvements.
• Oversee cash handling, billing accuracy, and reporting.
• Ensure Night Audit procedures and daily reconciliations are performed.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
• Maintain knowledge of room availability, occupancy, and revenue management.
