Qualifications

• 1+ year of front desk or guest-service experience in hotel or luxury residential setting.
• Strong communication and warm, guest-focused demeanor.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and provide proactive service.
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and front-office software.
• Flexible schedule including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns.
• Monitor building access and maintain a secure, calm environment.
• Conduct property walkthroughs and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and guest communications.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and daily reports.
• Support light administrative tasks and prepare materials for the team.
• Ensure the lobby and front desk areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management as needed.
