Qualifications

• 1+ year front desk/guest-service experience (hotel or luxury residential preferred).
• Strong communication and guest-focused demeanor.
• Ability to remain composed, professional, and attentive during busy moments.
• Basic proficiency with reservation systems and front-office software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns.
• Monitor building access and maintain a secure, calm environment.
• Conduct property walkthroughs and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and guest communications.
• Maintain records, logs, and daily reports.
• Support light administrative tasks and team materials.
• Ensure lobby and front desk areas are clean and guest-ready.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management as needed.
