Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and assist guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Deliver excellent guest care with passion and enthusiasm.
• Perform accurate check-in and check-out procedures to hotel standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Process payments, balance transactions, and maintain records in the PMS.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments for seamless service.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on local attractions, dining, and culture.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support team goals with flexibility and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
• Uphold Hotel Phoenix's service standards and brand values at all times.
