Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or front desk preferred.
• PMS experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming arrival and departure experience.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations in the PMS.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and folio accuracy.
• Maintain organized front desk workspace and accurate records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
