Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily evaluation of restaurant service performance and coordination of food production.
• Evaluate food products and kitchen staff performance; develop product alignment with market.
• Develop liquor and wine strategy and supervise procurement.
• Assist General Manager with annual budget and financial objectives.
• Support marketing plan execution and cost-control efforts.
• Provide regular evaluations and training for staff.
• Ensure daily cleanliness and coordination with GM and Chef.
• Interview, hire, and train staff; manage assignments and performance reviews.
