Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Boutique Facilitator for its Honolulu boutique. This role supports sales associates and helps maximize client-facing time while assisting in all boutique activities to ensure smooth operations.

You will provide service excellence, help with shipments, inventory, packaging, and daily admin tasks. A minimum of 1 year in a related role and a high school diploma are required; flexibility for evenings, weekends, and some holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Able to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Heart of House: Requires in-store presence to facilitate opening/closing, receiving inventory, and shipping support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service based on CHANEL’s service mantra and host clients.
• Be the ultimate brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
• Support the Operations team in shipments, inventory counts, and daily re-ticketing.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging.
• Open and close registers and assist with cash and deposits.
• Answer calls and manage administrative tasks to resolve client issues promptly.
