Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Boutique Director in Newport Beach to lead the boutique as brand ambassador and drive exceptional client service. You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team while exceeding sales targets and maintaining CHANEL standards.

This role requires a minimum of 7 years in related experience, a preferred Bachelor’s degree, and a flexible schedule to accommodate late nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation reflects the base salary with bonus potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead boutique team to deliver elevated client service and achieve performance targets.
• Coach and mentor boutique leadership; develop leaders and manage staff.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales in collaboration with Home Office and local partners.
• Represent CHANEL in the market, build client base through community involvement and events.
• Drive a culture of feedback, diversity, and teamwork across the boutique.
