Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead boutique staff to deliver elevated client service and drive business results.
• Coach and develop boutique leadership and ensure boutique image and operational standards.
• Develop and achieve business goals in partnership with boutique team and Home Office to increase sales.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and build client base through partnerships and events.
