Job summary

CHANEL Ala Moana Boutique is seeking a Boutique Facilitator committed to delivering the highest standards of service. You will assist sales associates and support all boutique operations to maximize client-facing time, including shipments, inventory counts, and re-ticketing.

The role requires flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays, with in-store presence for opening/closing and cash handling. A minimum of 1 year related experience is preferred in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.
• Ability to act as a brand ambassador and uphold CHANEL standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales associates and boutique operations to maximize client-facing time.
• Support operations: shipments, inventory counts, and re-ticketing.
• Assist with packaging for Fashion Advisors and customers.
• Open/close registers and handle cash deposits.
• Answer calls and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
