Job summary

Brobston Group in Los Angeles is seeking a Client Advisor who delivers exceptional service and drives sales while acting as a trusted brand ambassador. The role focuses on building meaningful client relationships through product expertise and a client-centric approach to contribute to boutique performance.

You will develop relationships through in-person, phone, and electronic communication, leveraging selling ceremonies to meet and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Strong business drive and passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to operate store equipment, stand for extended periods, handle merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through in-person, phone, and electronic communication.
• Use product expertise and selling ceremonies to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales goals.
• Contribute to boutique performance and follow store security procedures, including securing the premises as needed.
