Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple requests and coordinate with distilleries and warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfers in bond (TIBs) and other barrel movements, handling all related TTB paperwork.
• Manage sample requests from clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery and tracking.
• Maintain barrel inventory records across Kentucky locations, track movements and aging milestones.
