Responsibilities

• Handle daily POS activity.
• Establish relationships with Retail Lead to ensure data integrity in the POS system Counterpoint.
• Greet guests and assist with transactions.
• Provide knowledge about our products and samples.
• Educate guests about brand histories and processes.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
• Handle merchandise and bottle sale transactions.
• Restock inventory and keep the retail area clean.
