Sazerac is hiring a Bottling Line Lead to oversee daily operations on an assigned bottling line. You will work hands-on with the team to prepare the line, monitor performance, complete required documentation, and troubleshoot issues during the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, production, bottling, packaging, or warehouse.
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with safety and quality focus.
• Flexible schedule including 12-hour shifts, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support assigned team to hit daily safety, quality, productivity targets.
• Conduct daily startup meetings, review performance boards, complete paperwork and checks.
• Ensure bottling line is set up and ready, verify bottles, caps, labels, and materials.
• Monitor line performance, detect issues, and minimize downtime with problem-solving tools.
• Support line changeovers and continuous improvement activities, guiding the team.
