Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Processing Supervisor in Owensboro, KY to lead a 10-person team on a 12-hour rotating shift. You will supervise bottling operations, ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards, and oversee procurement activities.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and strong analytical and MS Office skills to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years relevant experience including supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Experience with process/receiving activities and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10 on a 12-hour shift (4-on, 4-off) from 6pm–6am maintaining safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Oversee bulk alcohol and sweetener procurement, handling DOT/USCG/DHS TWIC and Hazmat regulations and batching operations.
• Ensure safety compliance, incident investigations, near-miss reporting and adherence to relevant regulations.
• Engage in cost savings projects and manage budgets, OTIF targets and departmental metrics.
• Develop staff through coaching and a formal career development plan.
