Sazerac Company in New Albany, IN, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily bottling operations on a rotating 2-2-3 shift (6:45pm–7:00am). This hands-on role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement across production lines.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and prior manufacturing leadership experience, with the ability to analyze data and drive improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze production data and make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading and developing hourly production teams in manufacturing settings.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop hourly production team members to safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Oversee daily bottling operations to meet production, quality, and efficiency goals while complying with standards.
• Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous safety, quality, productivity, and cost initiatives.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and leadership to resolve issues and optimize line performance.
• Manage production documentation, performance reviews, and workforce planning for efficient operations.
